Noah Consulting is Honored with Consulting Magazine’s 2012 Small Jewel Award
Consulting Magazine is the preeminent publication for the North American consulting industry, covering the latest in trends, best practices, and success of the world’s largest consulting firms. Every year they recognize seven growing consulting firms making a significant impact in their industry and area of expertise and award them with the Small Jewel Award. The track record of successful and innovative solutions has been demonstrated on projects for Devon, Hess, Nexen, Petrohawk (acquired by BHP Billiton), Southwestern Energy, Talisman and others.
Only seven out of the nearly 150 firms that applied for this recognition were selected based on their significant growth during challenging economic times. Partner and President, John Ruddy was interviewed for the article. He attributes some of Noah’s initial success to the weak economy and the company’s ability to retain highly skilled employees.
Interestingly, many of the companies were started by people that once worked for large firms. Several stated that they started a new company so that they could approach either their clients or employees differently and all of them attributed an aspect of their success to their focus on company culture. “Our culture inspires our team members to exchange ideas and best practices around methodology, approach, technical solutions and accelerators.
