IDG's Computerworld Names Noah Consulting to 2015 Best of Best Small Places to Work in IT for the 2nd Year in a Row

As a virtual company, Noah Consulting has 89 employees that live and work in various cities and states nationwide but stay connected with and supported by their colleagues and supervisors. That's a big part of the reason why, for the second year in a row, the consultancy was named the No. 1 small employer on Computerworld's list of the 100 Best Places to Work in IT. The “Best Places to Work in IT” feature article along with results from the 2015 annual Best Places to Work in IT survey will appear in the June 22nd issue of Computerworld and online at

In making the list, Computerworld looked at aspects of companies that make them amazing, such as culture, benefits, and professional advancement. At Noah Consulting, management goes the extra mile in all three of these areas from seeing that very employee feels that they are part of a family and have a healthy work-life balance to pairing people with various skills on projects in such a way that they can contribute and learn.

The “Best Places to Work in Information Technology (IT)” article is an annual ranking of the top 100 work environments for technology professionals by IDG’s Computerworld. The list is compiled based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, diversity, career development, training, and retention. Also, Computerworld conducts extensive surveys of IT workers, and their responses factor heavily in determining the rankings.
