Computerworld Names Noah as #1 Small Place to Work in IT

24-Jun-2014

Noah Consulting, a leading provider of energy information management services, was named #1 on IDG's Computerworld’s 2014 Best Places to Work in Information Technology (IT) list for small companies.

This is the second year Noah was recognized on Computerworld’s Best Places to Work in IT list and the first year it was named as number one. Noah also ranked eighth overall for retention.

The Best Places to Work in IT list is an annual ranking of the top 100 work environments for technology professionals by IDG’s Computerworld. The list is compiled based on a comprehensive employee questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, career development, training and retention.

As a people-driven business, Noah recognizes that talent retention has a direct correlation to maintaining its culture, driving company success and delivering excellence to clients.

“We work tirelessly to maintain a family-like culture where people feel welcome and empowered to do what they do best,” said John Ruddy, president of Noah Consulting. “The Noah Family accepts, celebrates and relishes in this achievement together!”
