Integrity is doing the right thing simply because it is right, even when it is not easy, convenient or praise worthy. At Noah, we seek out individuals with such noble qualities to be part of the Noah family. One such member was Lynn Lindsay, a long-time colleague and friend of the Noah partners and one of the first Noah employees. Lynn exemplified service with integrity every day of his life. He was a dedicated husband, caring father, great friend and kind spirit that positively influenced everyone around him. Each year in his memory Noah selects one individual who best represents the outstanding character and integrity of our beloved friend and colleague to receive The Lynn Lindsay Service with Integrity Award. We are proud to announce the 2011 recipient, Frank Zendejas, for his outstanding service and dedication to these same principles. Frank touches many lives with his selfless behavior, compassionate mentorship and dedication to doing the right thing every day. His commitment and untiring respect for others are traits we sincerely admire and aspire to emulate. Frank also sacrifices his time unselfishly to help those who are in need. A simple yet powerful example of Frank’s commitment was his willingness to help a client with some critical post production needs shortly after completing a half marathon on a Sunday. Frank was no longer on the project and had already far exceeded his obligations to the success of the engagement. Frank did not ring his own praises or ask for recognition for this selfless act. It was the person whom Frank had helped that pointed out the positive impact of Frank’s sacrifice to their success. He did it because it was simply what he felt was needed to help a friend in need. Please join us in thanking Frank Zendejas for setting a standard we should all hope to achieve.
