He has managed large, complex programs for upstream clients, led an upstream energy alliance, and developed both front- and back-office consulting offerings targeted at discovering new and efficient ways to deliver value in exploration and production businesses.
Specialized in project and engagement management, Shannon has led Noah projects that are revolutionizing upstream information management. His direct and compassionate style makes him an effective facilitator of high-level discussions with executives, which he then translates into business cases and solutions. He is a seasoned manager and thought leader, experienced in providing valuable direction to technical teams.
He has more than 14 years of experience in developing technology solutions for clients through his numerous client engagements, he has developed expertise in information management, data warehousing, geographic information systems, oilfield of the future, and upstream technical applications. Shannon has delivered consulting services and led initiatives across oil and gas super majors and independents alike.
Shannon’s strive for greatness reaches beyond Noah to his personal achievements as both a family man and philanthropist. He is the founding President of Father’s Joy, a non-profit organization that he and his wife, Kristin run together that provides support and information to families of children with disabilities. When Shannon is not working he enjoys time with his family, playing golf & watching football.
